How do I book a transfer?

How long does it take to get confirmation?
Usually a few minutes, rarely more than a couple of hours. You will receive a WhatsApp reply with the final price and pickup details before anything is confirmed.
Where exactly do I meet the driver at Málaga Airport?
In Terminal 3, in the arrivals hall, after collecting your luggage and passing through customs. The driver waits there holding a sign with your name.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your flight is tracked in real time, so a delay adjusts the pickup automatically at no extra cost. If it is cancelled, just message on WhatsApp and the transfer is rescheduled or cancelled with no charge.
How much waiting time is included at the airport?
Up to 60 minutes after landing is included free of charge, which covers immigration, baggage claim and customs. There is no rush and no waiting fee within that window.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver directly at the end of the journey, by card or in cash. No card details or prepayment are required to make a reservation.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, and already includes taxes, luggage and toll fees. A car takes up to 4 passengers, and a minivan up to 8, so the same price covers the whole group.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are free of charge. Just ask for them when you book and mention the children's ages so the right seat is brought.
Do you also do the return transfer to the airport?
Yes, a return transfer from anywhere on the Costa del Sol back to Málaga Airport can be booked the same way, for your departure flight.
Do you go to destinations outside the Costa del Sol?
The main coverage is Málaga Airport to Costa del Sol towns such as Marbella, Estepona, Nerja, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Ronda and Frigiliana. For other destinations, ask on WhatsApp to confirm availability and price.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are free by WhatsApp, as long as you notify with reasonable notice before the pickup time.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, the driver speaks English as well as Spanish.
