Frequently asked questions
How much does a taxi or transfer from Málaga Airport to Seville cost?
270 € for a car with up to 4 passengers and 350 € for a minivan with up to 8. It is the price per vehicle, not per person, and it already includes taxes, luggage and tolls.
How long does it take from Málaga Airport to Seville?
About 135 minutes for the 215 km of the route, door to door and without stops. In August and at peak times it can take a little longer.
Do you also drive from Seville back to the airport?
Yes, at the same price. We agree on the pick-up time based on your flight and we are there ahead of it.
How and when do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or in cash. No prepayment and no card details needed to book.
Our hotel is in Seville's Santa Cruz quarter. Can the car reach the door?
It depends on the street. Some streets in Seville's old town, Santa Cruz above all, are too narrow for a car. If yours is one of them, the driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach and you cover the last stretch on foot. Tell us the hotel name when you book, and mention any pushchair or heavy cases, so the drop-off point is settled before the trip.
We land in Málaga but fly home from Seville. Can we book just the one way?
Yes. The fare is per trip, so you can book only the transfer from Málaga Airport to your accommodation in Seville. If you do fly home from Málaga, the return costs the same and we set the pick-up time from your flight time. Bear in mind we only run trips to and from Málaga Airport: not journeys within Seville or to Seville airport.
We land in Málaga with suitcases and children. Is a transfer better than the bus or train to Seville?
The direct bus from the airport takes just over 3 hours and ends at a Seville bus station. The train is quicker, about 2 hours on the direct services, but it leaves from María Zambrano station, so you first take the local train from the airport, and it arrives at Santa Justa. Either way you end up at a station, not at your accommodation. The transfer picks you up in the arrivals hall and takes you to your address, with the whole group and its luggage in one vehicle.
Does Holy Week or the April Fair affect pick-ups in central Seville?
It can. During Holy Week and the April Fair, processions and the fair itself bring street closures and heavier traffic, and some streets in the centre may be shut at certain hours. If you travel then, tell us your hotel and date when you book so we can plan the pick-up or drop-off point in advance, and allow more time than usual before a flight.
